To place an order you will first need to become a registered user, all you need to do is simply follow the guidelines given below .

Register and set up an account

• Click on the ‘Register now’ button in the home page to register
  
• Fill in the necessary details in the registration form.
  
• Please ensure you fill in the fields marked with ‘*’ signs as they are mandatory
  
• When selecting the region you are in , if you are living in USA, please chose the option ‘USA’ & chose your ‘State’ from the drop down menu. Non-US citizen should simply choose your country from the dropdown menu.
  
• Remember to provide a valid e-mail address when registering so that you receive the confirmation e-mail
  
• Once you’ve completed filling in the relevant details click on the ‘Sign-Up’ button, a system generated confirmation will be then sent to the provided e-mail address
  
• Your confirmation email will include your details as entered on the registration page along with your unique password.
  
• You have now created your account and can login to the website using your e-mail address the password.

Using the shopping cart

• Enter your registered email account and password to access this facility
• You could select your items by first selecting the respective product category from the “Catalogue” and then clicking the required item.
• Key in the quantity of each item you need to order in the box below each item
• Click on “more” should you need to know more about the product
• You choose to order the item by clicking on “Add to cart”
• Prices indicated are that of distributor serving the territory given as your registered address
• You could view the items in you shopping cart by clicking on “View my cart”
• You can choose to “update” or “remove” an item from you shopping cart at any time by clicking on “view my cart” and then selecting the required option
• On completing your shopping click on “Check out” to end your ordering session
• Please view your order at this point, you will also see detail of the distributor who would service your order
• The delivery address would appear by default however you could change the delivery address if required by typing the required delivery address in the relevant box
• You complete your order by clicking on the “Complete order” button
• Your order will be sent to the relevant distributor and a copy to your registered email address.
• You could return back to the Home page by clicking on the “Home” button

Payment & Delivery

• We do not offer an online payment gateway on this site
• The relevant distributor would get in touch with you once your order has been received to arrange for payment and delivery
